Automation Specialist / Workflow Engineer
Project Description.
Built a fully automated lead distribution backend using Make.com and Google Sheets. The system watches new leads, filters eligible clients by province, active status, and pack limits, then assigns each lead using round-robin rotation. It automatically updates pack usage, lifetime counters, disables clients when quotas are reached, and sends each lead to the correct client email. The entire workflow is controlled from Google Sheets with no CRM or extra tools, making it simple, transparent, and reliable for daily operations.
